Would Demons want him? I know he is experienced, very experienced, but I'm sure they'll want someone that has guided a team to a flag. HOWEVER, with the players Melb have, I think Eade could go further with them than he ever could at Bulldogs.

If in his prime Eade was coaching a well resourced club with good facilities he would've won a flag, for example he could've coached the Crows to a flag in 05 but they chose Neil Craig instead in 04 haha.

Thanks for that AFC board at the time the last thing we needed was for them to win the 05 flag, that would've straight away taken the gloss off our 04 win in this state.

Also would've ruined one of the best AFL GF's ever & Leo Barrys mark wouldn't have happened :E

Agreed. For all anyone knows, this year was just a small step backwards. Look at Collingwood's two GF losses in '02 and '03, they then failed to make the finals in '04 and '05, then over the next couple of years they make the finals and are reasonably successful, until their 2010 flag.
